RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sale items are final sale- no returns.

Ranch By Design offers a 10 day money back guarantee (14 days for online orders). Items returned must be in brand new condition, with all tags, labels and instructions attached, additionally the original proof of purchase must be presented upon return. We do not accept returns without a receipt under any circumstance. Please note: if an order was made online, we do not require the receipt; just a order/confirmation number. If purchased in store a copy of the original receipt MUST be provided.

If shipping charges were incurred, they will not be refunded. You as the consumer are responsible for shipping charges both ways on any returns.

If an exchange is required on items with no defect, but there was a change of mind, ordered incorrect size, decided on a different product, shipping both ways is the responsibility of the consumer.   If Ranch By Design sent the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of shipping to correct the matter.

Unauthorized Returns:  All returns are required to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Management reserves the right to return unauthorized returns to send or assess a 30% restocking charge and a credit is given for the balance.
